FedEx Freight is the standard shipping method for Big Drum Smokers. After you place your order, you will be provided with the address and phone number of your nearest FedEx Freight terminal. Orders are to be picked up at this terminal. Home delivery is available upon request for an additional $72.00 fee.

Smokers can also be shipped FedEx Ground, but it is not recommended. No insurance is provided and there is no guarantee your smoker will arrive undamaged. Big Drum Smokers and FedEx will not be held liable for any damages. FedEx Freight service is well worth the extra cost. 100% insured and very safe. Call or email for more information.
