FedEx Freight is the standard shipping service used for the following Big Drum Smoker models: Medium 2336, Standard 2339, Magnum 2739, Jumbo 2743, and Mega 3143. Shipping rates for FedEx Freight service range from $145.00 to $275.00, depending on which BDS model you order and where you live. You will be provided with the contact information for the destination freight terminal. Orders are to be picked up at this terminal. Home delivery service is available upon request for an additional $80.00 fee.

FedEx Ground service is the standard shipping method for the following Big Drum Smoker models: Mini 1427, Small 1829, and Midi 1834. Ground orders will ship directly to your home or business address. Flat shipping rates apply respectively to these smallest BDS models at $90.00, $110.00, and $120.00.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund your purchase price if you receive a defective product. If you receive the incorrect product, we will make an exchange. We do not offer any other refunds. If any serious damages occur during shipping, a claim will need to be filed with FedEx.
